Project Managers, Project Consultants, Team Managers, Project Planners, Project Estimators, Project Support Staff, Project Assurance Staff or anyone with an interest in the practical management of a PRINCE2® project.
There are no pre-requisites in terms of project management experience, although experience of managing a project will be a distinct advantage. Prior to the course, each delegate will be sent the PRINCE2® manual, suggested pre-course work and a reading list, in order that they become familiar with the PRINCE2® concepts, scenarios and questions. It is essential to the successful delivery of this course that the pre-course work is completed. A large proportion of this pre-course work may be omitted where the delegate has achieved the Foundation Certificate.

The Foundation examination is a 1-hour, closed book, multiple-choice examination, taken at the end of the third day. 75 questions, of which 38 must be answered correctly in order to achieve a pass. The examination provides a specific and measurable assessment of the skills gained.
The Practitioner examination is 3-hour, open book, formal examination based on a single scenario, consisting of 3 questions to be answered within 3 hours. Each question is worth 50 marks, 75 marks are required in order to pass. Written reference material may be used during the exam. The examination tests the ability of the delegate to apply the methodology to the given scenario. Successful delegates are awarded the internationally recognised qualification Registered PRINCE2 Practitioner.
Delegates should be aware that some evening study will be required on all four days, in order to assist in the successful completion of the examinations. PRINCE2® courses will be delivered in association with Datrix Training Ltd, an approved PRINCE2® training organisation..
