FAQs

The IT training rooms at our centre are kitted out with PC Workstations, however trainers can provide support in where the differences are between the PC and Mac when working with various software. Just let us know when you book and we'll ensure the tutor gives you an individual briefing on this when you attend your course.
We are happy for you to bring your own laptop along to use within the classroom. Just let us know your preference when you book and we'll accommodate for this. Please note that you will require your own software installed on your laptop.
All our scheduled training courses use our published training outlines as highlighted on this website. We try our very best to follow the course outlines to ensure everyone receives the training they anticipated. We will try to accommodate personal requests as much as possible but with no guarantee. If you wish to receive more bespoke training on your particular project, we would recommend private training. Open days are also available where you can have access to one of our training rooms to practice what you have learnt during the course, this could be a good time to work on your own projects.
Our training centre forecourt has parking only for tutors/staff. We would recommend public transport or use of local car parks and side streets near to the location.

Just bring yourself along with plenty of time to find the venue and get relaxed beforehand. We supply our in-house course book and refreshments with every course, but you may want to bring a pen and pad to take additional notes.

You may also like to bring a USB stick/Flash drive if you want to take your course files with you (we notice a lot of IT and design course attendees like to do this).
All of our instructor-led public scheduled courses have an average of 8 delegates. This helps to maintain quality and allows our trainers to give more individual attention where required.
For public scheduled training courses, the usual starting time is 10:00am. You can assume this is the starting time, unless told otherwise. Full details will be in your confirmation e-mail, as well as a link to venue information. We recommend arriving at about 9:45am to ensure training can begin on time.
Our IT, Design and financial courses come with an certificate of attendance on completion of the programme.
We require payment prior to all courses. We accept payment via Bank transfer, BACS, cheque (must have cleared before course start date). We also accept all major debit and credit cards - just let us know the best method for you.

Quite simply because we do not have the large overheads that some over companies have. We are not passing on the premiums charged for West End and City training venues. Most of these will still not be as modern or well-equipped as our newly refurbished classrooms which have been carefully planned to serve our clients needs.

We do not spend thousands of pounds on expensive press, television and radio campaigns and do not employ a large sales team. Additionally, some of our courses have funding available for periods of time, this means we can make further reduction to our course prices.
You can start our courses on the next available scheduled day as long as places are available. Alternatively, you can book a one to one session with the tutor.

1) Via Phone: You can call our team on 020 8443 2888 with your credit/debit card and we can register you straight away.

2) Online: You can pay via PayPal on selected courses. This can be found at the bottom of the course page.
Of course! Feel free to call our friendly course advisors on 020 8443 2888. Alternatively, submit your details via our enquiry form and we will contact you.

The price you are quoted is the price you pay with no hidden fees along the way.
