Microsoft Outlook: Intermediate (Level 2)   

Existing Microsoft Outlook 2003 users who need to use group working techniques in the communications process. Note : Experience of using Microsoft Outlook 2003 as a desktop information management tool is required. Knowledge of an e-mail system and using on-line services would also be useful.

This course is designed for experienced Outlook 2003 users who need to learn how to customize their environment, calendar, and mail messages to meet their specific needs and who wish to track, share, assign, and quickly locate various Outlook items.

Prerequisites 

Delegates on this course should have a good working knowledge of the topics covered in the Introduction course.

Course Times

Class time is 10:00 a.m.- 4:30/5:00 p.m. Breaks are scheduled throughout the day and lunch is typically scheduled between 1-2 pm. We provide you with Tea, Coffee, Biscuits and other refreshments on the house. We also have a fridge and a microwave available for you to store/warm up any food you wish to bring along for your lunch.
