Futuretrend achieves IIP
Futuretrend Technologies Ltd was recognised against the Investor In People award on the 26th of March 2004.
In summary, the assessor was very impressed by much of what he found at Futuretrend.
Morale was described as excellent with great camaraderie, communication was outstanding and open.
We were also happy that the assessor noted and fully understood where we were coming from with regards to CPD (continuing professional development) in our industry. "if staff are working on a project that's not billable, then its personal and professional development". This is non-negotiable in the fast moving technology sector in which we work.
